Based on the miso-grilled "Tori-chan" originating from Gifu Prefecture, we've added Torimaru's original secret ingredient! This is a greedy teppanyaki dish that you can only get at a specialty restaurant, where you can enjoy the seven parts of the thigh, breast, neck, heart, gizzard, liver, skin, and vegetables all at once! It goes well with beer or alcohol, and also goes well with white rice. It's also delicious with udon noodles!
