This is a greedy teppanyaki dish that you can only get at a specialty restaurant, where you can enjoy all seven parts of chicken (hichimi): thigh, breast, neck, heart, gizzard, liver, skin, and vegetables all at once! It goes well with beer or alcohol, and also goes well with white rice. It's also excellent when served with udon noodles!
