This is a greedy teppanyaki dish that allows you to enjoy seven parts of chicken—thigh, breast, neck, heart, gizzard, liver, skin, and vegetables—all at once, as only a specialty restaurant can offer! It's perfect as a snack with beer or sake, and also goes well with white rice! Adding udon noodles is also a must!
